STEP 1: Fill out the application. Both parties will need to fill out their information on the online application. This can be done as soon as 90 days before your wedding.
STEP 2: Pick up your Marriage License. Together, visit the Clark County Marriage License Bureau, located at 201 E Clark Avenue. It's open from 8 AM to midnight, seven days a week, including holidays. Bring a form of payment and valid ID's such as a driver's license, passport, or military ID. The license costs $102(cash). Credit cards are accepted with a small convenience fee.
STEP 3: Receive the license. Once you've filled out the application and paid the fee, you'll receive your marriage license immediately. It's valid for up to one year from the date of issue.
STEP 4: Get Married! After obtaining the license, you're free to have a wedding ceremony. There's no waiting period, so you can get married right away.
NOTES:
You must be currently unmarried and at least 18 years of age.
You must have government-issued photo ID.
Blood tests are not required.
Don't wait until the last minute to pick up your license. It's hard to gage how busy the Marriage License Bureau will be on any given day. I suggest picking it up 1 day in advance if time allows.
The ceremony must be performed in Nevada by an Officiant licensed in NV.
A minimum of one person must be present to witness you saying your vows. (excludes the officiant)
Remember to double-check the current requirements and fees as they might have changed since my last update. Also, if you have specific questions or unique circumstances, it's a good idea to contact the Marriage License Bureau directly for the most accurate information.
